We engage with athletes, sporting organisations, leaders and managers to assess the overall balance of planning for life after sport through our ‘Athlete Toolbox’. Our evaluation tools provide the data and direction to enable better decisions in post sporting career pathways.
We believe that in the competitive, high-pressure world of sport and achievement, the combination of mental health, physical fitness, financial and well-being balance is the cornerstone of post-career purpose and fulfilment.
Based on 6 core areas of evaluation, we use targeted data to build a balanced scorecard of athlete development and readiness for professional pathways.
We bring 20 years of deep career transition experience to underpin athlete preferences and targeted career options into business-aligned programs. APP enabled, our modulised and curated online programs are supported by experienced career coaches dedicated to bringing career opportunities to life.
Group programs complement in-house organisational frameworks and we offer bespoke content and methodology to build pathways at entry, mid-level and end of career milestones.

We have built a contemporary e-learning platform for our Career Transition programs and complimented the programs with access to evaluate and engage in education and learning tools from curated high-calibre program partners across the world.
Our RTO (Registered Training Organisation) partner provides a comprehensive range of accredited, tailored courses and qualifications.
Career Transition Programs and all e-Learning is tracked via our APP and directly linked to the Athlete Community profile. So your learning and progression is accessible anywhere at any time.
Global Talent Community
We are boldly building an unsurpassed interactive Athlete Community platform encompassing, learning tools, full Athlete profiles, work preferences and support networks across the global sporting sector. All “match fit” with tailored career pathways programs completed, the athletes profiles are supported by a character-based assessment tool visible to commercial partners seeking a unique source of talent across industry sectors and job roles. We provide a direct link to mentoring, training, work experience and employment through our deep industry networks and commercial partners of sport.
