From our unique Athlete Toolbox, e-learning and education platform through to the global ‘Athlete Zone’, we provide support to emerging, mid-career and end of career athletes with tailored career transition programs at club, sporting body and respective code-wide levels. Individual and group programs cover career transition for planned and unplanned changes in the careers of athletes to prepare them for post-sport life and open up career opportunities through established commercial partnerships.

25 years of business achievement post an international career in Triathlon and Cycling, Greg is a talent and leadership ‘guru’. From Recruitment and Career Transition at the forefront of some of the industry’s most successful companies, his business experience has been all about building talent capability and maximising commercial performance. Working with business owners and in the boardrooms of some of the regions most successful organisations, his knowledge of the opportunities for Athletes beyond sport is at the heart of our vision for a better future for our community.
